Yuliya Oryol spoke at the 2016 Winter Seminar, hosted by the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys (NAPPA), on February 17, 2016 in Washington, DC.  She presented, "The Ins and Outs of Direct vs. Indirect Infrastructure Investment."

NAPPA is a professional legal and educational organization aimed at providing educational opportunities and informational resources for its member attorneys who represent public pension funds.  This program is held annually for NAPPA members.  Each of the four Section Steering Committees (Benefit, Fiduciary & Plan Governance, Investment, and Tax) determine the instruction topics based on current trends and issues.
