Fred Fudacz co-chaired the Water Law Institute’s California Water Law Conference: The Drought, the Delta & the Future, a two-day conference hosted by CLE International.

Experts from many sectors examined water law practice, policy, precedent and procedure in California.  Alfred Smith took part in a panel discussion on "The Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA)," and Gina Nicholls presented on "Proposition 218, Conservation Pricing and SGMA."
