2015 Eminent Domain Seminar

Nossaman's 2015 Southern California Eminent Domain Seminar
03.05.2015
Costa Mesa, CA

Nossaman hosted a complimentary afternoon seminar alongside various industry experts.  During this program, our expert panelists provided attendees with the latest insight on taking projects from concept through construction, including implementing best practices for design-build projects during right-of-way acquisition, preparing for CEQA challenges at the condemnation stage, acquiring contaminated properties, and addressing business goodwill claims.  We also provided a recap of the most important eminent domain court decisions and legislation from 2014.
