Ashley Dunning and Patrick Richard participated in the Marin County Employees’ Retirement Association (MCERA) Retirement Board Fall Strategic Workshop at the MCERA offices in San Rafael, CA, October 30-31, 2018.

Ashley opened the workshop with a presentation on "Board Governance at Marin County Employees’ Retirement Association" on October 30th, during which she reviewed laws and rules that govern MCERA board members along with their fiduciary duties and responsibilities. 

The following day, Patrick presented "Corporate Governance – General Education and Legal Requirements," during which he outlined best practices for corporate governance.
