Yogi Berra" during the Self-Help Counties Coalition’s (SHCC) 2018 Focus on the Future Conference on October 30, 2018 in Indian Wells, CA.  

The panel covered NEPA streamlining in light of recent regulatory developments. Rob McCann from LSA served as the panel Moderator, and Laurie Berman, Director of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and Paul Hubler, Director of Government and Community Relations of Alameda Corridor-East (ACE) Project, San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG), also served as panelists to discuss the matter from the perspective of state and local agencies.
