This webinar updated attendees on present efforts by the State Water Resources Control Board and the California Public Utilities Commission to address water service affordability for low-income customers, to safeguard children from lead exposure in drinking water, and to implement other regulatory proposals in support of the statewide policy to promote the human right to water.
