Amber Maltbie participated as a panelist during “Campaign Finance Enforcement Trends: The Use of Public Resources and Other Hot Topics,” a webinar hosted by the American Bar Association on January 27, 2020. This program focused on areas of relative certainty and common interest by campaign finance regulators, including the use of public resources in campaigns, the growth of independent expenditures, the efforts to shed light on “dark money” and efforts to address “pay to play” by government contractors.
