This premier event brought together leading experts to discuss the latest developments in eminent domain law and land valuation. Matt and Ashley presented “Condemning the Discrete Interest.” During this session, they explored property rights other than full fee ownership for which a condemnee is entitled to just compensation, including valuation of discrete interests and practical considerations for attorneys and appraisers.

The seminar covered critical topics such as federal takings law updates, Washington State case law, possession agreements and recent amendments to the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Act. It was designed for attorneys, appraisers, government officials and others involved in eminent domain.
