On February 1, 2022, Brooke Marcus served as a faculty member during the University of Texas School of Law's 17th Annual Renewable Energy Law Conference, presented in conjunction with the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas (OGERL). Brooke discussed “Federal Environmental and Regulatory Updates,” covering wetlands and wildlife developments under the new Biden administration.
