On January 24, 2020, Brooke Wahlberg and Rebecca Barho presented "Federal Natural Resource Law and Development of Linear Infrastructure," a CLE webinar hosted by the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

Brooke and Rebecca provided insight to proponents of pipelines, transmission lines, roads and other linear infrastructure concerning how the federal natural resources laws can impact projects and how compliance strategies can help avoid costly delays. Attendees learned how the Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, and other legal frameworks intersect with construction, operation and maintenance of linear infrastructure projects.
