On January 24, 2020, Brooke Wahlberg and Rebecca Barho will present "Federal Natural Resource Law and the Intersection of Renewable Energy Development," a CLE webinar hosted by the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

Brooke and Rebecca will provide background for proponents of wind energy and solar projects concerning how the federal natural resource laws can impact projects and how compliance strategies can help avoid costly delays. Learn how the Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act and other legal frameworks intersect with construction, operation and maintenance of renewable energy projects.

Available CLE credit includes 1.00 hour MCLE that will apply to the State Bar of Texas and 1.00 hour MCLE that will apply to the State Bar of California. A certificate of completion will be emailed to attendees requesting credit.
