On January 24, 2020, Brooke Wahlberg and Rebecca Barho presented "Federal Natural Resource Law and the Intersection of Renewable Energy Development," a CLE webinar hosted by the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

Brooke and Rebecca provided background for proponents of wind energy and solar projects concerning how the federal natural resource laws can impact projects and how compliance strategies can help avoid costly delays. The audience learned how the Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act and other legal frameworks intersect with construction, operation and maintenance of renewable energy projects.
