Brandon Davis participated as a moderator for “Price Certainty in an Uncertain World: Industry Concerns with Fixed-Price Contracting for APM Projects” during the American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) International Conference on Transportation & Development on June 2, 2022 in Seattle, WA.

Brandon and the panel addressed the shifting priorities of both public and industry investment teams within the markets of Public-Private Partnerships (P3), Design-Build (DB) and Design-Build-Operate Maintain (DBOM) contracts. They explored various possible difficulties investors might face within these markets such as issues in obtaining required insurance coverage, supply chain issues and various pandemic-related impacts. The panel then offered solutions and steps that some public owners have utilized to mitigate these challenges in the changing industry.
