Currently, Nossaman is assisting with its implementation.

  • SR 400 has transformed from a suburban connection into a highly congested corridor in the Atlanta metropolitan area as it experiences substantial population and job growth. We assisted the Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority with the financial close of the SR 400 Express Lanes Project to move forward with the design, financing construction, operations, maintenance and tolling of the Project under a 50-year concession agreement.

  • We secured the first Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) loan under the Rural Projects Initiative on behalf of San Luis Obispo Regional Transportation Authority. This $13.08 million TIFIA loan will help construct a new bus maintenance and administration facility.

  • We worked closely with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development on the first project procured under their P3 Authority – the replacement of the Judge Perez Bridge and Belle Chasse Tunnel. As the primary access point for those in the Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, the bridge and tunnel see over 33,000 vehicles per day.

Cuomo Bridge, a new cable-stayed, dual-span structure designed to last 100 years. The crossing was long overdue for an upgrade due to the age of the existing bridge as well as increased traffic.
