P3C Public-Private Partnership Conference & Expo
03.12.2024
Dallas, TX
3:45 – 4:45 p.m. CT

On March 12, 2024, Elizabeth Cousins discussed “International Trends in Infrastructure Delivery” during the P3C Public-Private Partnership Conference & Expo March 11-13, 2024 in Dallas, TX.

Liz and her fellow panelists discussed how P3s have played a significant role in large-scale infrastructure project delivery in Australia and Canada since as early as the 1980s. In recent years, these jurisdictions have sought to further refine the P3 structure including seeking different and innovative ways to manage unknown risks between the private and public sector. This panel explored some of the trends in P3 delivery from the Australian and Canadian markets, together with discussion on whether these innovations could provide value in the U.S. P3 market.

P3C is the annual infrastructure conference where public officials and private industry collaborate on alternative project delivery methods to more efficiently build, finance and maintain America’s essential infrastructure.
