Corey Boock and Christine Ryan participated in the 2023 Public-Private Partnership Conference & Expo in Dallas, TX that took place March 6-8, 2023.

On March 6th, Christine moderated the panel, “Broadband P3s – Light That Fiber!” in which industry leaders from a variety of disciplines discussed a number of ongoing efforts to advance Broadband P3s around the country. This panel included Prakash Ganesh, Managing Director at KPMG; John Hibbard, Director of Operations at the Georgia Department of Transportation; and Tony Elkins, Vice President at Meridiam. 

On March 7th, Corey spoke on the panel, “Critical Factors for Moving a P3 Forward.” This session, comprised of attorneys and former owners, explored best practices and lessons learned on project delivery of the public-private partnership (P3) approach.

The P3C Conference is an annual program offering a series of keynotes, case studies, panels, workshops and diverse networking opportunities designed for attendees to deepen their understanding on the value proposition of P3s, and the role they can play in the delivery of essential public infrastructure. The 2023 agenda provided a review of the most notable events that shaped the P3 landscape in the past year, and addressed some of the major political, policy and project developments that are likely to define the P3 experience moving forward.
