On September 15, 2021, Patricia de la Peña served as a moderator during the 2021 Public-Private Partnership Conference & Expo in Dallas, Texas. Patricia facilitated the breakout session, “P3 Projects Coast to Coast,” during which panelists discussed the maturing market. Speakers talked about their new projects emerging on the horizon and the value P3 is bringing to their procurement.

The 2021 P3C Conference & Expo is designed to help attendees deepen their understanding on the value proposition of P3s as well as the role they can play in the delivery of essential public infrastructure. This year’s agenda helped attendees plan and procure successful P3 initiatives, understand best practices in selecting and negotiating with prospective partners and guided them to take the proper steps to ensure project success.
