Elizabeth Cousins and Yukiko Kojima were recognized by Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing in its “Banking & Finance” supplement for 2023. The supplement highlights professionals working in the banking and finance space that have "demonstrated success and accomplishments” during the past several years.

Elizabeth is highlighted for serving as a “key advisor on an array of important infrastructure projects delivered through public-private partnerships, progressive and fixed price design-build, design-build-operate/maintain and other alternative delivery methods.” The publication also notes, “Public and private entities have benefited from [Elizabeth’s] strategic and commercial advice in procuring complex and cutting-edge projects in the water, social, and transportation infrastructure sectors.” Her clients include the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works and the County of San Diego.
