On August 23, 2022, Andrée Blais participated as a panelist during the Construction Management Association of America’s (CMAA) webinar, “The Evolution of Alternative Delivery - The Expansion of P3 Delivery Options.”
Andrée and her fellow presenters discussed the growing demands of the industry in which the public-private partnership (P3) model is evolving. As industry experts, panelists offered their input on alternative delivery, shared their experiences working within these models and also discussed different methods and solution driven practices, such as fixed-price and the pre-development approach.
CMAA is North America's only organization dedicated exclusively to the interests of professional construction project management. Their mission is to promote the profession of construction management and the use of qualified construction managers on capital projects and programs.
