IRWA’s 69th Annual International Education Conference
Jillian Friess Leivas spoke during the International Right of Way Association’s 69th Annual International Education Conference that took place June 25-28, 2023 in Denver, CO.
On June 26, 2023, Jillian presented an “Annual Eminent Domain & Legislation Update.” They provided a comprehensive overview of eminent domain decisions and legislation impacting the right of way industry from 2022 to 2023.
The International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is a professional member organization comprised of global infrastructure real estate practitioners. Since its inception as a not-for-profit association in 1934, IRWA has served professionals who acquire, manage and transfer the land rights needed for building and maintaining energy and transportation infrastructure.
