During the presentation, Yuliya discussed the key features of the Model Limited Partnership Agreement and how it was developed by a task force that implemented practical applications of ILPA Principles 3.0. She also covered the advantages and benefits of using the ILPA Model LPA for both Limited Partners (LPs) and General Partners (GPs).
