The Larger Parcel
On April 25, 2024, Sejin Brooks discussed "The Larger Parcel” during the CLE International Eminent Domain Super Conference in Austin, TX.
This presentation focused on the appraisal concept of the “larger parcel,” the test for determining the larger parcel and how the test may not be as cut and dry as face value would make one think. The presentation also focused on the defined economic unit out of a whole property becoming the “The Larger Parcel.”
