David Graeler, Chair of Nossaman's Litigation Department and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Group, was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) in its “Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers” supplement for 2021. The LABJ highlighted a select group of LA County-based attorneys that are “masters of their craft that can prepare individuals and businesses for any legal issue that might arise while expertly providing counsel to protect their clients’ assets and livelihoods.” This was the fourth year in a row that David was honored by the publication.

The LABJ noted that David “excels at partnering with his clients to identify their goals and to develop and execute winning strategies to effectively resolve complex business disputes both inside and outside the courtroom” and that his track record of success “in high stakes litigation in federal and state courts has earned him numerous awards and accolades, including a California Lawyer Attorney of the Year (CLAY) Award for litigation.”
