Nossaman News Release

Phoenix and Tucson, AZ – We are pleased to announce Ashley Mahoney has joined our Eminent Domain & Valuation Group in our Phoenix and Tucson offices.

Ashley’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, malpractice, complex business matters and eminent domain. She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies. She attended Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where she earned her J.D., cum laude.

“We are excited Ashley is joining the Firm,” said Brad Kuhn, chair of our Eminent Domain & Valuation Group. “Her experience in, and knowledge of, the eminent domain landscape throughout the western U.S. enables them to add immediate value for our clients and strengthens our Arizona offices.”

Our Eminent Domain & Valuation Group has handled some of the largest cases in the western U.S., as well as some of the highest-profile public works projects that have shaped infrastructure in the region. The group’s past successes inform and motivate our lawyers as they work closely with longstanding and newer clients. Nossaman’s decades of expertise allows our attorneys to work efficiently on straightforward “bread-and-butter” cases and to also help us find innovative solutions in more novel “avocado toast” cases. The group has been recognized for its accomplishments by both Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500.
