Leslie Nellermoe Highlighted for Work on Landfill Cleanup Settlement

Leslie Nellermoe was noted in a Law360 article, "BNSF To Pay 3M, Boeing $19M In Landfill Cleanup Fight" (subscription required), for her work on a settlement involving a client of the Firm, Pasco Sanitary Landfill. The $18.8 million settlement will help address remediation costs at the landfill site, which is located in Washington state. According to Law360, “The settlement motion marks…one of the final steps in the ongoing litigation over the Pasco Sanitary Landfill site.”

The suit is Basin Disposal Inc. v. 3M Company et al., case number 4:15-cv-05078, in the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
