Nossaman Adds Prominent Healthcare Lawyer Michael Gawley to San Francisco Office

San Francisco, CA — We are pleased to announce that Michael Gawley has joined our Health Law Group in the San Francisco office as a partner. He joins from Kessenick Gamma & Free.

Mike leads a broad range of litigation matters, including medical staff and peer review hearings, whistleblower claims, administrative enforcement actions, regulatory investigations, labor and employment disputes, reimbursement actions with public and private payors and antitrust claims.

Our Health Law Group provides the full spectrum of specialized legal services required by the healthcare sector. Our Firm practices in the regulatory, transactional, legislative and litigation arenas and collaborates across legal disciplines to provide comprehensive, timely and efficient counsel to healthcare clients. Our preeminence in healthcare law began with the landmark efforts of our senior healthcare lawyers, including former partner and former California State Assemblyman John T. Knox, co-author of the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975 and the Moscone-Knox Professional Corporation Act.
