Nossaman Adds Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Associate Ashley Farhner and Environment & Land Use Associate Jennifer Seely to Seattle Office

We are pleased to announce Ashley Farhner and Jennifer Seely have joined our Seattle office as associates.

Ashley joins the Firm as a member of the Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group. Prior to joining Nossaman, Ashley was Assistant Attorney General at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, where she advised and represented clients in complex civil matters, including environmental, eminent domain, real property, Public Records Act, maritime and child welfare. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and her B.A. from Western Washington University. 

Jennifer joins the Firm as a member of the Environment & Land Use Group. Prior to joining Nossaman, Jennifer was Assistant Attorney General at the Alaska Department of Law, where she advised and represented the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation on air quality, water, environmental health and spill prevention and response. She earned her J.D. from University of Washington School of Law and her B.A., manga cum laude, from Kenyon College.

Nossaman’s Seattle office, founded by environment and natural resources lawyers in 2016, expanded earlier this year to provide eminent domain and inverse condemnation services and support for clients in the design and construction industries.
