Chris Flaherty leads the firm’s Business Development Department which is responsible for client expansion, new business pursuits, competitive intelligence, client satisfaction initiatives, media relations as well as traditional and online visibility.  He works closely with Firm management, Practice Group and Client Team Leaders, attorneys, and public policy advisors on strategic planning, business development, and marketing initiatives.  Chris also manages aspects of the firm’s practice operations function related to client profitability, matter pricing, and practice economics.

Prior to joining Nossaman, Chris served as Director of Business Development at an AmLaw 20 firm and as Chief Business Development Officer at an AmLaw 200 firm.
