Michele Kirrane is a seasoned litigator who represents businesses, employers, public entities and individuals in a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and business litigation, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower allegations, wrongful termination, breach of contract, fraud, misappropriation and breach of fiduciary duty.

Michele has extensive experience managing litigation from initial intake and case assessment through discovery, motion practice, mediation and trial. She works closely with clients to develop strategic, practical approaches to resolving disputes while aggressively advocating for their interests throughout all phases of litigation.

In her employment practice, Michele defends employers and public entities in high-stakes workplace disputes and advises clients navigating sensitive personnel and compliance issues. Her business litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes involving contractual and business tort claims.

Michele also has experience handling products liability, real estate, unlawful detainer and commercial lease disputes.
