Overview
Nur Ibrahim advises clients on environmental, natural resources and land use matters. Her practice includes guiding clients through project permitting and approval, environmental due diligence and land use issues in connection with infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Nossaman, she developed significant experience advising clients on complex regulatory matters, including counseling on cybersecurity issues and chemicals regulation. Nur previously served in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office where she represented the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and counseled the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board.
