Nur Ibrahim provides counsel to clients in environmental, natural resources, land use and cybersecurity matters. She assists clients with project permitting and approval, environmental due diligence and land use and infrastructure issues. Prior to joining Nossaman, she represented state agencies at the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
