Overview

Samantha Shaw represents clients in civil litigation, with a focus on eminent domain, commercial litigation, real property disputes, construction disputes, personal injury and contract disputes in Washington State and federal courts. She manages cases from inception through resolution, handling discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, hearings, trials, appeals, mediations and settlement negotiations. Her experience includes extensive courtroom experience including second-chairing a four-day bench trial resulting in a favorable outcome and full attorney fee award, presenting oral argument before an appellate court resulting in a favorable outcome including an award of attorney fees and managing a caseload of 30+ matters.
