Guiding Downtown Properties Group in the Acquisition of the Cupertino Gateway Complex Leased by Apple

We represented Downtown Properties, the U.S. affiliate of the Hong Kong-based Gaw Capital Partners in its acquisition of the Cupertino Gateway complex.  The property is a three building campus leased entirely by Apple, totaling over 218,000 rentable square feet.
