Nossaman presented a complimentary afternoon seminar alongside various industry experts.  During this program, our expert panelists discussed mediation tactics for eminent domain litigation, best practices for precondemnation planning and early acquisition efforts in order to achieve successful results, the ins and outs of acquiring right-of-way for federally funded projects, and 2013's biggest eminent domain cases and legal developments.  Attendees had the chance to participate in Q&A sessions with each panel as well as to network with colleagues during an evening cocktail reception.
