We hosted our 2018 Southern California Eminent Domain Seminar, "Project Delivery and Encroachment: Clearing the Way," on March 29, 2018 in Costa Mesa, CA. This complimentary afternoon seminar provided insight on current right of way issues affecting agencies and utilities. We also provided a recap of the most important eminent domain court decisions from 2017.  

Attendees had the opportunity to participate in Q&A sessions with each panel, as well as network with colleagues during an evening cocktail reception.
