David Graeler participated as a panelist during The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California's Spring 2019 Student Outreach Event on March 15, 2019. David represented the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) at this free event which was a chance for college students to learn about public agencies and the right of way industry, Metropolitan's role and work in the field, its student internship program, and the IRWA's learning and certification opportunities.
