Amber Maltbie and Anna Tang were recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) in its annual “Thriving in Their 40s” supplement. The supplement focuses on a select group of professionals who possess a unique skill set that can set growth in motion for businesses in virtually any industry.

The LABJ highlights Amber’s work as one of the “leading campaign finance and election law attorneys in California and throughout the country” and notes that she advises “a diverse range of clients on the complex intersection between high impact advocacy and federal, state and local regulations.” It goes on to say that she “serves on the American Bar Association’s standing committee on Election Law, chairs the policy subcommittee and co-chairs the Campaign Finance Working Group and was recently appointed to the California Political Attorneys Association board of directors.”

Anna is lauded for serving “as the co-chair of Nossaman’s Corporate Group, where she represents and advises emerging and established companies through a broad range of industries such as transactional and general corporate counsel with respect to a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and negotiations and corporate governance.” The LABJ closes by saying that Anna “works closely with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, from setting up and buying a business through restructuring, disposing of businesses and assets and winding down a business.”
