Anna Tang Recognized as a “Woman of Influence”

Anna Tang has been recognized on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 list of “Women of Influence: Attorneys.” In this special section, the LABJ recognizes the LA region’s most influential women attorneys who have “exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and [contribute] to the Los Angeles community at large.”

The LABJ noted that Anna joined the Firm after a “distinguished legal career in Australia [and serving] as co-chair of Nossaman’s Corporate Group.” The article lauds her for being “a leading corporate lawyer, highly regarded for her pragmatic commercial approach and for her capacity to work through complex and strategic legal issues and transactions.”

Anna is further highlighted for representing and advising “emerging and established companies through a broad range of industries as transactional and general corporate counsel with respect to a wide variety of business transactions, including corporate structuring, joint ventures and partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and negotiations and corporate governance” as well as “[working] closely with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle – from setting up and buying a business through to capital raising, restructuring, disposing of businesses and assets and winding down a business.”
