David Graeler was recognized by Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing as a "2022 Visionary” in its “Commercial Real Estate: Trends. Updates. Visionaries” supplement. The supplement highlights professionals working in the commercial real estate space “from CRE executives to bankers and lenders to professional service advisors – [these leaders] have helped steer the course for the industry and their customers.”

David was noted for his role as “Chair of Nossaman’s Litigation Department and co-chair of its Real Estate Group” and for counseling Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) “on real property matters related to the Landside Access Modernization Program, a $5 billion program to ease access in and out of the second largest airport in the United States. [The] work includes advising LAWA on myriad issues, including the scope of acquisitions and schedule impacts.”

Additionally, he was lauded for his “25 years of litigation and trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants” and excelling in “partnering with his clients to identify their goals and develop and execute winning strategies to effectively resolve complex business disputes both inside and outside the courtroom.”
