Law360 recognized Nossaman’s new partners for 2021 in its quarterly roundup of promotions “Law360 Names Attorneys Who Moved Up The Firm Ranks In Q1” (subscription required). It noted that Shant Boyajian, Allison Callaghan and Courtney Krause were elevated to partners at the Firm.

Shant advises public agencies on a wide range of innovative methods to procure and deliver the nation’s largest, most complex infrastructure projects. Clients have found tremendous value in his deep experience in public private partnership (P3) delivery methods, including revenue risk and availability payment models, pre-development agreements, and other forms of alternative delivery, such as construction manager/general contractor and design-build.

Allison focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling. She has a proven track record defending private and public employers in high-stakes litigation, including wage-and-hour class and PAGA representative actions and single-plaintiff harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination lawsuits. Allison has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation, including at trial, as well as in administrative proceedings.

Courtney has extensive experience representing public pension systems and high net worth individuals in connection with alternative investments, including investments in private equity, venture, credit, commingled real estate, energy, infrastructure and hedge funds. She also advises clients on a wide range of real estate related transactional matters.
