Overview

Alice Carranza represents employers from various industries in all stages of employment law, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract and class actions. Alice defends employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) and the Civil Rights Department (CRD), including drafting position statements and appearing at hearings and mediations.

Her experience includes advising employers on employment-related issues and compliance including employee management from hire to separation and disciplinary actions. Alice also has experience defending products liability, business and tort litigation matters.
