Kendall Sirica

Kendall Sirica focuses on ERISA, employee benefits, tax-qualified plans and employment tax. She has a background in employee benefits, having previously worked as a paralegal at a law firm which served as union-appointed counsel to several large multi-employer retirement, health and welfare plans throughout the United States. 

Prior to joining Nossaman, Kendall was a student lawyer with Northwestern Law School’s Seigle Clinic for Immigrant Youth and Families, where she assisted unaccompanied minors and young adults applying for asylum in the United States.
