Phil Layzer has more than 25 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. He has extensive experience in all aspects of trial preparation in state and federal jurisdictions and arbitration forums. He leverages that experience through active case management and advising attorneys and clients on best practices for planning for and managing discovery in litigation. He is also a skilled fact investigator.
As a litigation paralegal, Phil’s experience is diverse and stretches across multiple practice areas, including public entity representations, securities, probate, real estate and pensions. Phil has prepared for, attended and presented at jury and bench trials, evidentiary hearings, arbitration hearings and mediations.
