Overview

Trisha Mannie represents hospitals, medical staffs and healthcare professionals in investigations, peer review and related litigation. Her litigation experience includes handling pleadings, discovery, motion practice, preparing witnesses for testimony and trial preparation. She participates in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences and other hearings. Trisha works with hospital and medical staff leaders, peer review committees and risk management teams to investigate and advise on complex healthcare issues.

While in law school and as a registered nurse, Trisha worked as a clinical nurse at UC Davis Medical Center. She also was an extern for the Hon. Thadd Blizzard with the Sacramento County Superior Court.
