Nossaman Negotiates Portfolio Sale of Real Properties for CA Public Pension System

Nossaman assisted its client, a California public pension system, in the portfolio sale of six properties to a commingled real estate fund and the reinvestment of the proceeds. The properties sold were office, industrial, retail and multi-family, located in three states around the country. Nossaman drafted and negotiated the integrated portfolio sale document, handled due diligence inquiries, worked with lenders for the assumption of permanent loans and coordinated the simultaneous closings. Nossaman concurrently assisted the client in reinvesting the sale proceeds into commingled property funds.
