Overview

Cristina Salcedo focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of high-profile business disputes and regulatory matters, including antitrust, false advertising, trade secrets and class action lawsuits. Cristina has extensive experience with all stages of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial and appeal. Her work has included drafting briefs, taking and defending depositions, preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial, supporting settlement negotiations and mediation preparation and collaborating with clients and co-counsel on case strategy.

Prior to joining Nossaman, Cristina worked at a leading international law firm as well as the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
