Mary Lynn Coffee moderated the panel presentation, "Municipal Low Impact Development Requirements and Development of Water Resources: Urban Runoff as New Water," at this Water Education Foundation event.  The panel addressed current and potential cooperative efforts between Water Districts in need of groundwater recharge and new water sources, and Municipal Agencies operating storm drain systems who are required to create low impact development (LID) runoff percolation or storage/use projects to comply with new Public Storm Drain System (MS4) NPDES Permit provisions.
