Carl Blumenstein moderated a panel on A Technical Dissection of the Water Rights Lawsuit at the 24th Annual Water Conference in San Diego, California.  His program was held on Friday, August 18, and explored lawsuits over rights to groundwater and surface water, which have become increasingly common.  His panel addressed how to confront these high-stakes battles with a well-planned strategy and the necessary tool kit for preparing critical technical evidence, as well as practical dos and don’ts necessary to achieve success.  Carl was joined by Steven B. Bachman, Ph.D., an independent groundwater geologist consultant, and Dennis E. Williams, founder and president of GEOSCIENCE.
