On February 25, 2021, Stephanie Kam was a guest speaker for Union Internationale des Transports Publics (UITP) India's flagship annual event on urban rail. She spoke on "Contracting for Timely Project Completion" as part of the the technical session on "Financing and Governance Approaches in Urban Rail Sector."
This program included key national and international speakers sharing their knowledge and experiences on various topics of COVID-19 impact on the urban rail sector and the road to recovery, technological innovation in the urban rail sector brought by the pandemic, new financing and governance approaches in the urban rail sector and digitization in urban rail.
