Join us in April for Nossaman's 2026 California Eminent Domain Seminars! We will be hosting our Southern California seminar in Costa Mesa on April 21st and our Northern California seminar in Berkeley on April 28th.

These complimentary programs will focus on current issues involving right of way, property acquisitions and eminent domain.

Key topics to be covered by our panels of leading industry professionals include:

  • Inverse Condemnation and Disaster: An Exploration the interplay of natural and man-made disasters and potential liability to public entities;
  • Eminent Domain Year in Review: An overview of key 2025 case law and new legislation shaping eminent domain and closely related right-of-way issues;
