BTI Honors Excellent Client Service at Nossaman


Los Angeles, CA (December 4, 2014) - Nossaman is honored to again be recognized by BTI Consulting Group for outstanding client service and inclusion on the BTI Client Service A-Team. The Firm's high marks for "Best at Innovative Approach" and "Commitment to Help" are featured in the 2015 edition of BTI's annual Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance.

BTI's annual survey is the only client service ranking in the legal industry based solely on direct, unprompted client feedback. Data was collected through nearly 320 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world's leading organizations ($1 billion or more in revenue).

Nossaman is being honored as part of the Honor Roll for "Best at Innovative Approach" and "Commitment to Help," due to feedback researchers received on the Firm.  BTI notes that an innovative approach to client service "comes from being able to bring new, creative thinking to solve your client's issues," and that a law firm's commitment to help "is the second-most important factor to legal decision makers when they evaluate and hire a law firm.  The only factor more important is your legal skills."
