California Legislator, Nossaman Partner Remembered

Former Nossaman Partner John Foran was commemorated in the Daily Journal article "California legislator, Nossaman partner remembered."  Mr. Foran passed away on September 11, 2014 at the age of 84.

The article noted Mr. Foran's 24 years of service to the State of California as both a senator and assemblyman before joining Nossaman, as well as his time spent in the state attorney general's office.

"[Mr. Foran] was instrumental in the opening of Nossaman's Sacramento office and helped to establish the firm's market-leading transportation practice," said Nossaman's Managing Partner George Joseph.  He also noted that Mr. Foran was a staple of the firm's culture and continued attending firm events and visiting its offices after his retirement.
